This document which was initially intended to explain agency has now been eliminated in its entirety.
It was helpful in documenting the time when agency actually commenced.
The Consumer selected the “Client” services choice and neither a Listing Agreement nor a Buyer Representation Agreement was available for signature. That might take place in a few days, a few weeks or even a few months.
So, what was that relationship in the meantime?
Working with a Realtor would clarify the time of commencement. Of course, there might have been “implied agency” even before that, but at least the WWR would be a start.
