Finished up day 2 today and I can honestly say, it has been well worth it. I’m looking forward to the next 4 days.

What must be disclosed? What must not be disclosed? What happens if the Buyer fails to deliver the deposit on time? What is informed consent? What can registrants do to protect themselves from lawsuits? What’s a chattel? What’s a fixture? What does the APS really say and not say? Brian Madigan’s AEA program has earned me tens of thousands of dollars in additional income, and prevented me from committing “self-inflicted wounds” that could put a registrant in legal jeopardy with clients or in violation of TRESA or the Competition Act. It’s a key differentiator for me when I discuss a potential listing with a Seller.
