Great course!!!
Finished up day 2 today and I can honestly say, it has been well worth it. I’m looking forward to the next 4 days.
What must be disclosed? What must not be disclosed? What happens if the Buyer fails to deliver the deposit on time? What is informed consent? What can registrants do to protect themselves from lawsuits? What’s a chattel? What’s a fixture? What does the APS really say and not say? Brian Madigan’s AEA program has earned me tens of thousands of dollars in additional income, and prevented me from committing “self-inflicted wounds” that could put a registrant in legal jeopardy with clients or in violation of TRESA or the Competition Act. It’s a key differentiator for me when I discuss a potential listing with a Seller. These courses are also not a “one and done” – the materials and discussions are always updated in response to court rulings and regulatory change. Rookies and experienced registrants will benefit alike. I’m grateful for the knowledge and skills I’ve been given.
First let me begin by stating that prior to 2005 I did not know Brian Madigan.
It was first at the OREA college, and on the member only student website where I met Brian. He is definitely a wealth of information. Back then, and even now, 16 years later in the business, I turn to Brian and to his articles for guided advice. His classes are amazing and full of information, and are very relevant to real estate and the current business models. This isn’t dated material!
Over many many years I have gotten to know him well, and as an outstanding person, Brian is always willing to help. Sometimes, he makes you figure it out by guiding you through the situation but nevertheless, he helps you through it. I trust this professional. I trust this friend.
There are many legal educators out there but few that compare to Brian Madigan.
Brian brings a depth of knowledge to his courses that are furthered by his top-notch communication skills and, above all, maintains an in-depth understanding of how his subject matter matches the unique challenges that face Realtors in their daily professional lives. Brian’s courses are worth every penny and are a “must attend” as one seeks to become a seasoned professional in the Real Estate Brokerage space.
One of the best programs!
Brian Madigan’s AEA program is one of the best programs for real estate that I have ever experienced in my 43 year career. I am proud to display my AEA designation on my card and to explain what it means, every time I’m asked.
Brian has been a huge influencer to me towards my real estate career
His advice always help me find a proper legal solution. I highly recommend taking his courses as they are informative and will help further your career.
He helped along the way!
When I was taking my courses for getting my licence 13 years ago Brian was there helping my along the way. I drove from Stoney Creek to Mississauga to attend his in class courses then and they helped me. I wouldn’t be where I am today and as successful if it wasn’t for Brian’s courses.
An absolute must!!
Brian Madigan is an absolute must for any industry or brokerage training environment. His knowledge and skill set are unparalleled and he will support any professional at any stage of their career.
This is a fantastic course
This is a fantastic course that I highly recommend to anyone involved in real estate. I would strongly recommend that young lawyers who are interested in working in the area of real estate should not hesitate to take this course. You will learn more than law school taught you on how to practice real estate law in the real world and will dispel many of the myths that seem to have evolved around everyday issues that can cause inexperienced young lawyers to be sued.
