The implementation date for TRESA is 1 December 2023. That’s the effective date when the Customer Service relationship can no longer be arranged.
However, if such a relationship were previously in effect, then that relationship could continue for 120 days into the new Act.
Effective Date for Customer Service: any day, 30 November 2023 or earlier.
Either the date of expiry, or 29 March 2023, whichever arrives first.
