Multiple Representation: When Do You Sign?

Previously, in the Confirmation of Cooperation and Representation (CCR) it was last minute after everything had already gone wrong.

Now, we have two new documents, the full explanation and informed consent BEFORE we have Multiple Representation (MR).

  • 325  for the Seller
  • 326  for the Buyer
  • 310 the Confirmation of Cooperation and Representation (CCR)

Basically, you want to have 325 and 326 executed and part of your files at the earliest possible instance.

There are additional and increased Disclosure requirements under Multiple Representation, so you need to have a starting time for that obligation.

If possible, add the names of the other parties, so that the Clients will know who they are. That might make a difference.
