Listing Agent as Seller and Buyer Agent

As agents listing our own properties:

1) is there any reason we aren’t allowed to work with an SRP?

Answerr2) To protect myself from E&O, should I list with a mere posting brokerage?

Answer:

Yes, you can in one of two ways:

1) as a Self-represented Party (SRP), and

2) as client under multiple representation.

RECO says that it’s too risky either way. However, TRESA is silent on this point.

You would still be covered under RECO E&O at this time.
