Having troubles understanding the exact difference between these 2, land development agreement and site plan agreement?

Answer:

Size is basically the difference.

With a land development agreement you are dealing with an entire subdivision or perhaps 500 lots.

If you are dealing with one lot, perhaps two, maybe even three, then you will have a site plan agreement.
