Appliances: Precautions

It is always a good thing for the Buyer’s agent to note the particular appliances by:

  1. Taking a picture, and
  2. Noting the serial number.

This way you will know the date of manufacture, whether it is still under a manufacturer’s warranty and have some evidence available to prove the value, just in case the Seller decides to switch them out, and just leave with a “washer” and a “dryer”!
