Signatures and Initials

Question:

I have a client who timed out while signing under an electronic software program and now he’s unable to sign and it only lets him initial. I’ve tried sending it as a new doc but it won’t take him to the signature page.

Answer:

Important to be aware of the fact that an initial is a “signature” and it’s just as binding as a full name signature.
