Overall, prices will increase in aggregate from $1,132,000 to $1,256,500. That’s an 11.0% increase.
When it comes to Single-Family Detached, they will rise from$1,422,000 up to$1,564,200 which represents a 10.0% increase.
Condominiums will go from $682,000 up to $763,800 which represents a 12.0% escalation. The reason is that they are at the lower end range of pricing.
These numbers coincide with the predictions by RE/Max Canada.
