For decades the built-in dishwasher has been considered to be a fixture and that makes good sense.
However, around 2015, a new product came to the market, namely the roll-in dishwasher. You can’t really tell the difference just by looking. It plugs into an electrical outlet and the water is connected by hoses in the same way as an outside faucet. The unit sits on wheels. There are clips at the top on both sides, and clamps at floor level to maintain stability. It’s not any different from a roll-in fridge.
The roll-in dishwasher is a risky proposition for an agent, since it looks just like a built-in dishwasher.
But, it’s a chattel.
