Let’s look at the detached houses. They are down in terms of sales in Toronto (416) by 10.4% and down even further in the suburbs (905) by 11.2%.

When it comes to prices of detached houses, they have dropped 9.1% in Toronto, but only 6.6% in the suburbs.
