Why is this?
Answer:
Time limits are strictly enforced.
If a Brokerage were in a Multiple Representation situation, then, it would be difficult to determine when ABC Brokerage had the Notice on behalf of one party and then subsequently delivered it, to itself, ABC Brokerage and received it on behalf of the other party.
If the line is filled out, this is incorrect. Even if, nothing goes wrong, it’s still very much of an indication that you would not know what you are doing.
