How Long Can You Provide Customer Service?

Some real estate Brokerages will have entered into Customer Service agreements with various parties.

It was possible under REBBA, 2002, but not allowed under the new TRESA which comes into effect on 1 April 2023.

So, if you have such a contract, how long will it continue?

According to the new Act, it looks like 120 days, so that would mean that any previous Customer Service agreements would come to an end on 29 July 2023.
