Offers tomorrow and one is mine. Can I ask another agent to help with the forms, presentation and negotiations? I don’t feel comfortable in multiples, if my own client is successful.
Answer:
Yes, get another agent involved. Your Broker may do this for you for free. In any event, it adds a level of independence. Also, have your presentation go first. Depending upon the circumstances have all bids forwarded and placed in sealed envelopes for your Broker.
Other agents will prefer this and your Seller will prefer this too.

i haven’t been thru this, so not understanding the procedure..sealed in an envelope? aren’t offers emailed now? do u sit down with ur laptop and show each one to the seller?

Have all Offers sent to your Manager by email, and let them decide.
