“The paragraph following paragraph #15 shall be deleted and the following shall be substituted therefore: “The Listing Brokerage agrees to market the property on behalf of the Designated Representative of the Seller in an endeavour to obtain a valid offer to purchase the property on the terms set out in this agreement or on such other terms satisfactory to the Seller”.
