Confirmation of Acceptance is not Part of the Agreement

Question:

If the Confirmation of Acceptance line was signed by the Landlord but they missed the Binding Agreement acceptance line… do you leave as is, knowing all parties are in agreement?

Answer:

The  Confirmation of Acceptance is not part of the agreement. The contract signing locations are important. The Confirmation of Acceptance is signed by one person alone out of the four (assume two Sellers and two Buyers). Usually, the time inserted is incorrect.

So, in your case, you don’t have a signed agreement. The Landlord will have to actually sign the Agreement in order that there be a binding agreement.
