Is there any reason for concern with this clause:
“The Seller agrees to allow the Buyer to add one or more names as Buyer to this transaction through an amendment to agreement of purchase and sale and/or direction regarding title at any time on or before the completion date. Seller further agrees to execute all necessary documents that may be required to do so.”
Answer:
The most frequent clause includes “or remove”, and that you have to watch out for.
However, adding this is fine, more likely they will get financing and more people to sue if things go sideways.
