The individual bidet is of course a “fixture”. It’s a stand alone item. It’s worth about $700.

The bidet seat is an item which can be purchased later and used as a replacement seat for a toilet. It’s worth about $200. While it did indeed arrive in a box as a chattel, once it was attached to the toilet (which was a fixture), it became a fixture too.
If you want to take it with you, then 1) remove it before listing, 2) make it clear in the listing that it’s your favourite bidet lid, and although it’s now a fixture, you will be taking it with you, and 3) you will not be replacing it with anything, or 4) you will credit them with a coupon towards the purchase of a new toilet seat or bidet seat, their choice!
